As an Associate Risk Management Analyst, you will advance your skills in risk management, taking on increased responsibilities. This role involves managing risk management tools, executing complex tasks related to client and engagement acceptance, and driving process improvements. You will also play a part in mentoring junior team members and delivering in-depth analysis and reporting, contributing to the strength and integrity of our risk management practices.

Take ownership of advanced aspects of risk management tools, providing expert troubleshooting and resolution for complex issues. Lead the successful implementation of new system features and updates, coordinating effectively with IT and other stakeholders. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within risk management tools through regular audits and necessary corrections. Conduct thorough reviews of client and engagement documentation to identify and assess potential risks. Support the development and refinement of client and engagement acceptance processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance. Collaborate with onshore teams and other departments to swiftly resolve any client and engagement acceptance-related challenges. Generate and analyze comprehensive reports on risk management activities, pinpointing trends and opportunities for enhancement. Assist in building compliance frameworks and support internal audits by providing essential documentation and insights. Serve as the primary point of contact for complex queries and issues from both internal teams and external departments. Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes, identifying avenues for increased efficiency and risk reduction. Participate in cross-functional projects designed to elevate the organization's overall risk management capabilities. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, sharing valuable insights with the team.

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Risk Management, or a closely related field is required. Possess 1-3 years of relevant experience in risk management, finance, or a similar domain. Demonstrate advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong emphasis on Excel. Exhibit robust analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Prior experience with risk management tools and systems is highly advantageous. Possess excellent communication and leadership abilities. This role operates on a hybrid work model.
