Within CNS (Technology Risk), we assist clients in understanding and mitigating the risks introduced by technology, supporting their sustainable growth and providing trusted communications on internal control and regulatory compliance.

Evaluate and implement digital risk frameworks, including AI Frameworks, and understand risk management principles within the digital landscape. Leverage technical expertise to analyze complex risk scenarios and utilize analytical tools for effective digital risk assessment and mitigation.

Lead project teams in assessing and implementing risk strategies for clients in the CNS domain. This includes hands-on delivery experience in AI governance, developing AI governance frameworks, AI risk policies, AI risk taxonomies, control definitions, and governance operating models.

Conduct AI governance and risk reviews across design, deployment, and operational phases, focusing on governance oversight and risk enablement. Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to produce clear governance documentation and client deliverables. Proven ability to manage stakeholders across various business, legal, and technology teams in a client-facing consulting environment.

A Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science or Bachelor of Computer Applications is required.

Possess at least 2 years of professional experience in AI governance, technology risk, digital risk, compliance, or advisory roles, with direct exposure to AI-enabled or data-driven initiatives.

Demonstrated experience in conducting AI governance and risk reviews, focusing on governance oversight and risk enablement. Relevant professional certifications such as ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor, AIGP, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

Must have strong stakeholder-management capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively, providing practical and insightful solutions to complex problems. An agile, curious, mindful, and creative approach is essential.
