Establish a clear IT Infrastructure vision, fostering innovation and adopting the latest technology trends to drive business value. Lead client interactions by developing IT Infrastructure strategy roadmaps and spearheading complex problem-solving initiatives for new technology implementations. Conduct thorough assessments of current IT Infrastructure and security services, preparing detailed architecture artifacts. Evaluate data center facilities against TIA/Uptime standards and formulate comprehensive migration plans. Design robust cloud-based solutions, encompassing public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, and assess the IT Infrastructure estate for cost optimization opportunities. Assist in the development of RFPs, vendor onboarding processes, and the preparation of service level agreements, ensuring successful project delivery within agreed timelines. Cultivate strong client relationships and foster effective collaboration with internal teams, while staying abreast of market developments and sharing knowledge on IT Infrastructure trends.

We are seeking candidates with 5 to 8 years of experience in Hybrid IT Infrastructure, covering both on-premises and cloud environments, with a background in leading global technology consulting firms or equivalent IT Advisory practices. Demonstrated experience in migrating or transforming solutions within a Hybrid IT Infrastructure landscape is essential, alongside expertise in IT infrastructure domains such as compute, network, storage, and backups, with deep knowledge in at least two areas. Proven ability to lead client engagements focused on IT Infrastructure transformation, both strategically and tactically, including experience in RFP development and technical project management is required. Familiarity with IT Infrastructure security management practices is necessary. Experience within the Financial Services industry will be considered a significant advantage. Possess strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with a solid understanding of Data Centre TIERs and Multi-Cloud footprints. In-depth knowledge of Virtualization, Software-Defined Data Center technologies, networking concepts (routing, switching, LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP), and security principles for hybrid deployments is expected. Excellent communication, presentation, and technical report writing skills are crucial, along with the ability to engage effectively with CTO/CIO/GM level executives. Comfortable with up to 50% or more travel, both domestically and internationally, is also a requirement.
