Join a leading Global Technology consulting firm as an Associate Consultant specializing in IT Infrastructure. Establish a clear IT Infrastructure vision, fostering innovation and integrating the latest technology trends to drive business value. Lead client discussions on IT Infrastructure strategy roadmaps, tackle complex problems, and spearhead new technology implementation initiatives.

Conduct thorough assessments of current IT Infrastructure and security services, preparing detailed architecture artifacts. Evaluate data center infrastructure against TIA/Uptime standards and develop comprehensive migration plans. Design robust cloud-based solutions, encompassing Public, Private, and Hybrid Cloud environments.

Furthermore, you will assess the IT Infrastructure estate for cost optimization opportunities, assist in RFP development, vendor onboarding, and service level agreement preparation. Ensure successful project delivery within agreed timelines, cultivate strong client and internal team relationships, and stay abreast of new market offerings through regular knowledge sharing sessions on emerging IT Infrastructure trends.

A minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the Hybrid IT Infrastructure domain, encompassing both on-premises and cloud environments, is essential. Proven experience in migrating or transforming solutions within a Hybrid IT Infrastructure landscape is required.

Demonstrate expertise in at least two IT infrastructure domains, such as compute, network, storage, or backups. You should also have experience leading client-facing engagements for IT Infra transformation, covering both strategic and tactical aspects. Proficiency in RFP development and Technical Project Management is necessary.

Possess a strong understanding of IT Infrastructure security management practices. While not mandatory, experience within the Financial Services industry will be considered a significant advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (BE/B.Tech) is required, with a Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (M.Tech/MCA) being preferred.

Candidates should hold at least one certification in leading Infrastructure or Cloud Platforms. Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and technical report writing skills are a must. The ability to engage comfortably with CTO/CIO/GM level personnel in financial services institutions is expected. Willingness to travel up to 50% or more, both domestically and internationally, for short or long-term assignments is also a requirement.
