Our Consulting division helps clients navigate the complexities of business risks, focusing on identifying and managing both potential upsides and downsides. We aim to assist organizations in making strategic, long-term decisions to prevent risks and ensure they meet future business objectives. Key areas include Enterprise Risk Management, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, all aimed at building resilience and achieving sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include identifying and escalating potential engagement red flags. You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive reports, deliverables, and audit committee presentations. The role requires the ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously as directed by managers. Proficiency in handling data analytics using tools like Access and ACL is essential. Proactively identify and escalate counselees who are not chargeable on engagements. Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards issued by the IIA and ICAI.
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess a qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Master in Business Administration (MBA), or any Graduate degree. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in Internal Audit, specifically within the Manufacturing sector, is required. Experience should include assessing internal control frameworks and testing their design and operational effectiveness. Candidates should also have experience in developing risk remediation strategies, performing and interpreting gap analysis, and possess experience in Enterprise Resource Management and related risk analysis, process analytics, and business intelligence. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements, and possess a practical, insightful approach to solving complex problems.
