As an Associate Consultant, you will contribute to key areas of Workforce Advisory.

This includes: - Collaborating on Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. - Supporting Change Experience & Learning initiatives, focusing on new ways of working and accelerated adoption through digital change experiences. - Assisting with Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs to align with business strategies and build modern talent capabilities. - Contributing to HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards projects, including HR strategy and cloud technology.

To excel in this role, you should possess the ability to work collaboratively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical approach to solving complex issues and delivering insightful solutions is essential.
