As part of the National Workforce Advisory team, you will work across various industries, gaining well-rounded experience. The People Consulting practice focuses on placing the human element at the center of transformation journeys, enabling organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce.

You will engage with clients to strategically align their people agenda with broader business goals, focusing on ensuring they have the right talent, with the right skills, at the right cost. This involves contributing to initiatives such as:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing scenario modeling, organizational design, and workforce analytics. - Change Experience & Learning, defining new ways of working and accelerating adoption through digital solutions. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership development to align with business strategy and foster innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards, including HR strategy, service delivery, and cloud technology.

To excel in this role, you should possess a background in Human Resources and 0-5 years of relevant experience.
