As an HR Generalist supporting employee lifecycle management, you will manage end-to-end transactions including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. Key responsibilities involve validating approvals and data, maintaining accurate case documentation in HR systems, and coordinating with various teams to resolve discrepancies. You will also assist in knowledge transfer and identify opportunities for process and knowledge-base improvements.

To excel in this role, you should possess 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, or shared services environments. Proficiency in HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is essential. Experience with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, and familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management systems, are required. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are also crucial.
