Engage with clients to strategically align people initiatives with broader business goals, placing Humans at the Center of transformation. Assist in reimagining the future workforce by ensuring clients have the right talent, skills, and roles at the optimal cost. Contribute to key fields including Organization and Workforce Transformation, Change Experience & Learning, Purpose, Culture and Leadership, and HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards. This involves applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce analytics, talent strategy, and leveraging proprietary EY tools.

We seek individuals with 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, delivering insightful and actionable solutions.
