As an HR Generalist, you will oversee the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. Key duties involve validating approvals, ensuring data accuracy, maintaining audit trails in the HR helpdesk system, and collaborating with various teams like HRBPs and payroll to resolve discrepancies.

You will also support knowledge transfer initiatives, provide process feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, adherence to policies, and effective communication to manage global hand-offs and confidential employee information.

We are seeking professionals with 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services, specifically in employee lifecycle management. Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality is essential.

Hands-on experience with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data transactions and reporting, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or comparable helpdesk platforms, is required. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are crucial for success in this role.
