As part of the National PAS WKFA team, you will be instrumental in helping clients align their people strategies with business objectives. We place humans at the center of transformation, enabling organizations to drive sustainable change through their workforce. You will contribute to client engagements by applying capabilities in: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Utilizing scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy, powered by our proprietary EY Organization & Talent Hub. - Change Experience & Learning: Designing new workforce experiences, including Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, and Digital problem-solving. You'll drive adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and EY Noggin Labs. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies and operating models, fostering innovation and efficiency. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's Degree and 2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally within Human Resources or a related field.
