As an Associate Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will provide operational execution, case support, and data stewardship for employee lifecycle management within HR Shared Services. You will ensure adherence to HR policies, country-specific nuances, and data privacy requirements.

Key responsibilities include: - Managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions (hires, transfers, job changes, exits). - Validating approvals, effective dates, and employee data for accuracy. - Maintaining accurate case records, audit trails, and closure notes in the HR helpdesk system. - Collaborating with HRBPs and other stakeholders to resolve data discrepancies. - Supporting knowledge transfer and process playback to confirm operational readiness. - Identifying recurring issues and recommending process or knowledge-base improvements.

We are seeking an Associate Consultant with a strong HR operations mindset and 3-5 years of mandatory experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services.

Essential qualifications and skills include: - Hands-on experience in HR ticketing, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality. - Proficiency in using HR systems and process documentation for employee lifecycle transactions. - Exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for employee data management and reporting. - Experience with ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk/case management workflow. - Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders.

Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration, PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Commerce, or Bachelor of Business Administration.
