Within People Consulting, you'll help clients align their people strategies with business goals, putting Humans@Center of transformation journeys to drive sustainable change through their workforce.

You will contribute to shaping the future workforce by assisting clients in strategic areas such as: - Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, org design, and workforce planning. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new ways of working and accelerating adoption through digital tools. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategies. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions and employee policies.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Human Resources background and 2-4 years of relevant experience. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across departments, demonstrating a practical, problem-solving approach and delivering insightful solutions.
