As an HR Generalist focused on the Employee Lifecycle, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services operation. Your responsibilities include end-to-end management of employee lifecycle transactions, such as hires, transfers, job changes, manager changes, and exits. You will validate approvals, ensure data accuracy, maintain case documentation, and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve issues. The role also involves supporting knowledge transfer and identifying areas for process improvement to enhance the HR Shared Services capability.

The ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management. Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality is essential. Experience with HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors, and helpdesk platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, is required. Excellent business English communication skills are necessary to support global stakeholders. A background in Pharma or Life Sciences, along with experience in BOT or transition environments, is considered a plus.
