This Associate Consultant role is part of the National People Advisory Services - Workforce Advisory team, supporting sector-agnostic initiatives across various industries. As an HR Generalist supporting Employee Lifecycle management for a global pharma organization's HR Shared Services, you will manage end-to-end transactions including hires, transfers, job and manager changes, and exits. Key duties involve validating approvals and effective dates, maintaining accurate case documentation, and coordinating with HR Business Partners and payroll to resolve discrepancies.

You will also support knowledge transfer processes, identify recurring issues, and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. A strong HR operations mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and disciplined documentation are crucial for audit-ready execution. Effective communication and stakeholder follow-through are essential for managing global hand-offs within a shared services environment.

A minimum of 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services, with hands-on employee lifecycle management is required. Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality is essential. Familiarity with HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management tools, is necessary.

Strong business English communication skills are vital to support global stakeholders effectively. A Master of Business Administration, PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Commerce, or Bachelor of Business Administration degree is required.
