As an Associate Consultant within the National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory (WKFA) team in Bengaluru, you will contribute to transforming organizations by strategically aligning their people agenda with business goals. Our People Consulting professionals place Humans@Center, driving sustainable change through workforce optimization. We help clients reimagine their future workforce, ensuring they possess the right talent, skills, and structure to gain a competitive advantage.

Focus on key areas including Organization and Workforce Transformation, utilizing capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy. Drive Change Experience & Learning initiatives, defining new ways of working and accelerating adoption through digital solutions. Align Purpose, Culture, and Leadership programs with client business strategies to foster efficiency and innovation. Re-imagine and digitize the HR function through HR Transformation, Systems, and Rewards, optimizing HR strategy, service delivery, and cloud technology.
