As an HR Generalist supporting the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. This includes processing hires, transfers, job changes, exits, and updating employee data while ensuring accuracy and adherence to HR policies and data privacy standards.

You will validate approvals and data fields, maintain detailed case records in the HR helpdesk system, and coordinate with HRBPs and payroll to resolve discrepancies. The role also involves supporting knowledge transfer activities and identifying opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environments. You should possess a strong understanding of HR ticketing systems, case documentation, and SLA management, with a commitment to employee data confidentiality.

Proficiency in using HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management platforms, is essential. Excellent business English and the ability to effectively support global stakeholders are also critical for success in this position.
