As an Associate Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will support the Bangalore HR Shared Services operation for employee lifecycle management. Your responsibilities include operational execution, case support, data stewardship, and stakeholder follow-up, ensuring adherence to HR policies, country-specific nuances, and data privacy requirements.

You will own end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. This involves validating approvals and data, maintaining accurate case documentation, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you will support knowledge transfer, provide process playback, and identify opportunities for process and knowledge-base improvements.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services is required, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality is essential.

Proficiency in using HR systems and process documentation to execute transactions or resolve queries is expected. Exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for employee data management and transactions, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable case management workflow, is highly desirable. Strong business English communication skills are necessary to support global stakeholders effectively.
