This role involves contributing to key areas such as:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy to align business and workforce needs with future operating models. - Change Experience & Learning: Assisting clients in defining new workforce experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, and driving adoption through digital change initiatives. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies to foster innovation and efficiency. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Supporting the digitization of HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery, and cloud technology, alongside transforming employee policies and rewards.

To excel in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or a related field.
