As an HR Generalist for Employee Lifecycle, you will provide essential operational support to the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services. Your responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. You will validate approvals and data, maintain accurate case documentation, and coordinate with various HR and payroll teams to resolve discrepancies. The role also involves supporting knowledge transfer activities and identifying opportunities for process and knowledge-base improvements.

Key tasks include ensuring adherence to HR policies, data privacy requirements, and governance standards. You will maintain detailed audit trails and closure notes within the HR helpdesk system. Effective communication and coordination with HR Business Partners, payroll, and reporting teams are crucial for resolving data inconsistencies and ensuring smooth transitions.

To excel in this role, a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services is mandatory. Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality is essential. Experience using HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or comparable case management workflow tools, is required. Strong business English communication skills are necessary to support global stakeholders effectively.

Preferred qualifications include experience in Pharma or Life Sciences industries, exposure to BOT, transition, or knowledge transfer environments, and familiarity with process documentation and knowledge-base governance. Awareness of data privacy regulations like GDPR and HR compliance requirements is also beneficial.
