This Associate Consultant role within National People Advisory Services (PAS) Workforce Advisory (WKFA) focuses on CNS - PC. The HR Generalist - Employee Lifecycle will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions for a global pharma organization's Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services. This includes validating approvals, ensuring data accuracy for hires, transfers, job changes, and exits, and maintaining precise case documentation within the HR helpdesk system.

You will coordinate with HR Business Partners, payroll, and reporting teams to resolve any discrepancies. During knowledge transfer, you'll support shadowing and reverse-shadowing processes to confirm operational readiness. Identifying recurring issues and proposing improvements to processes or the knowledge base is also a key part of this role.

This role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environments. Essential skills include working knowledge of HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality.

Proficiency in using HR systems and process documentation to execute transactions and resolve queries is mandatory. Exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable case management workflow, is crucial. Strong business English is required to effectively support global stakeholders. A Master of Business Administration, PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Bachelor of Commerce, or Bachelor of Business Administration is required.
