As an Associate Consultant in Workforce Advisory, you will provide expert support for the HR Shared Services operation, focusing on end-to-end employee lifecycle management. This includes managing hires, transfers, job changes, exits, and employee data updates, ensuring validation of approvals, effective dates, and downstream impacts.

You will maintain accurate case documentation, audit trails, and closure notes within the HR helpdesk system. Coordination with HR Business Partners, payroll, and other process owners is crucial for resolving data discrepancies. You will also participate in knowledge transfer activities, provide process playback, and identify areas for continuous improvement to enhance HRSS capabilities.

To excel in this role, you need 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, specifically within HR Shared Services, GCC, or GBS environments, with a strong focus on employee lifecycle management. Hands-on experience with HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and a deep understanding of employee data confidentiality are essential.

Proficiency in using HR systems for data lookup and transaction execution is required. Exposure to Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for employee data management, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management platforms, is necessary. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are critical. Nice-to-have experience includes pharma/life sciences industry exposure, transition management, process documentation, and awareness of data privacy regulations like GDPR.
