In this Associate Consultant role, you will contribute to key areas of Workforce Advisory, including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities such as scenario modelling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing proprietary EY tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Guiding clients in defining new workforce experiences, incorporating agile methodologies, design thinking, digital collaboration, and accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled change insights and learning platforms. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with client business strategies, purposes, and operating models to foster efficiency and innovation. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards.

To be successful in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. We are looking for individuals who can collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach is essential, enabling you to deliver insightful and actionable solutions. Ideal candidates are agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, creative, and maintain positive energy. A foundational understanding of HR principles and a keen interest in workforce transformation are expected.
