Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including hires, transfers, job changes, exits, and data updates. Ensure all transactions are accurate, approved, and compliant with policies and data privacy regulations. Maintain detailed records in the HR helpdesk system, coordinate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies, and support knowledge transfer activities. Identify process improvement opportunities within HR shared services operations.

Requires 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly within employee lifecycle management in a GCC, GBS, or shared services environment. Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, and SLA management is essential. Experience with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or comparable case management tools, is crucial. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are mandatory.
