This Associate Consultant role is part of our National PAS WKFA team, specializing in Workforce Advisory within the CNS-PC division. Our People Consulting professionals partner with clients to strategically align their people agenda with overarching business objectives. We champion a Humans@Center approach to drive sustainable change through the power of the workforce, enabling clients to reimagine their future talent landscape.

The Associate Consultant will contribute to key areas of Workforce Advisory. This includes assisting clients with:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Applying capabilities like scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning & analytics, and talent strategy, leveraging proprietary EY tools. - Change Experience & Learning: Defining new workforce experiences, including Agile and Design Thinking methodologies, and facilitating adoption through digitally-enabled change solutions. - Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with business strategy and fostering modern talent capabilities. - HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Supporting the reimagining and digitization of HR functions, including HR strategy, service delivery models, and technology solutions.

To thrive in this role, you should possess 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field. We seek individuals who demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach to deliver insightful and actionable solutions is essential.
