As an HR Generalist, you will manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including hires, transfers, job changes, exits, and data updates, while strictly adhering to HR policies, country-specific nuances, and data privacy regulations. Key responsibilities include validating approvals and effective dates, maintaining accurate case documentation in the HR helpdesk system, and coordinating with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

Your role will also involve supporting knowledge transfer through shadowing and reverse-shadowing, providing process playback to ensure operational readiness. You'll identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for processes and knowledge bases, contributing to a stable and transferable HRSS capability. Sound judgment in handling confidential employee information and escalating sensitive matters appropriately is essential.

We seek professionals with 3-5 years of mandatory experience in employee lifecycle management within HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services environments. A strong HR operations mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent documentation discipline are crucial. Proficiency in business English and the ability to manage global hand-offs are required.

Hands-on experience with HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and employee data confidentiality is necessary. Familiarity with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or comparable helpdesk workflows, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration, or a Master's degree/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, is required.
