As an HR Generalist in Employee Lifecycle Management, you will support the Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services. Your core responsibilities include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

You will validate approvals and employee data, maintain detailed case records, and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. This role also involves supporting knowledge transfer, providing process insights, and identifying areas for operational improvement. A strong HR operations mindset, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for success.

We are seeking candidates with 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, GCC, GBS, or shared services, specifically focusing on employee lifecycle management. Proficiency in HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and maintaining employee data confidentiality is required.

Experience with HR systems like Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with familiarity with ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management tools, is crucial. Strong business English and the ability to support global stakeholders are also key requirements for this role.
