The Workforce Advisory team focuses on key areas including:

- Organization and Workforce Transformation: Employing an integrated approach to align business and workforce strategies with current and future operating models. This involves leveraging capabilities such as scenario modeling, organizational design, workforce planning and analytics, and talent strategy, utilizing EY's proprietary Organization & Talent Hub.

- Change Experience & Learning: Collaborating with clients to define innovative workforce experiences, including new ways of working (Agile, Design Thinking, Digital, Problem Solving, Collaboration). We facilitate accelerated adoption through digitally-enabled Change Experience, tracked via Change Insights, and digital learning via our EY Noggin Labs platform.

- Purpose, Culture and Leadership: Aligning leadership and cultural programs with clients’ business strategy, purpose, and operating model. This includes adapting to evolving customer needs and cultivating modern leadership and talent capabilities to drive efficiency and innovation.

- HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards: Reimagining and digitizing the HR function. This encompasses HR strategy, HR service delivery models, HR cloud technology, and transforming employee policies and rewards to align with both business and individual objectives.

To excel in this role, you will need:

- A background in Human Resources. - 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. - The ability to collaborate effectively across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. - A practical approach to problem-solving and issue resolution, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. - Adaptability, curiosity, and a mindful approach, coupled with sustained positive energy, creativity, and flexibility.
