This role focuses on end-to-end employee lifecycle management within a Bangalore-based HR Shared Services operation for a global pharmaceutical organization. Key responsibilities include executing HR transactions such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits, while ensuring accuracy and adherence to HR policies, country-specific processes, and data privacy regulations.

You will be responsible for validating approvals, maintaining detailed case records and audit trails in the HR helpdesk system, and collaborating with HR Business Partners, payroll, and other process owners to resolve discrepancies. Additionally, you'll support knowledge transfer activities, provide process playback, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in HR operations, particularly within HR Shared Services, GCC, or GBS environments. A strong understanding of employee lifecycle management, HR ticketing systems, case documentation, SLA management, and data confidentiality is essential.

Proficiency in HR systems such as Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or similar case management platforms, is required. Excellent business English communication skills are necessary to effectively support global stakeholders. A practical, problem-solving approach, coupled with agility, curiosity, and adaptability, is highly valued.
