As an HR Generalist supporting employee lifecycle management for a global pharma organization's Bangalore GCC HR Shared Services, you will own end-to-end transaction execution, including hires, transfers, job changes, and exits. Responsibilities include validating approvals, maintaining accurate case documentation and audit trails, and coordinating with various HR functions and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

You will also support knowledge transfer processes, provide operational readiness feedback, and identify opportunities for process improvements. A key aspect of this role involves adhering to defined HR policies, country-specific nuances, data privacy requirements, and governance standards while contributing to a stable and transferable HR Shared Services capability.

This role requires 3-5 years of mandatory experience in HR operations, specifically within employee lifecycle management in a GCC, GBS, or shared services environment. Essential skills include a strong HR operations mindset, high attention to detail, and excellent documentation discipline. You must be comfortable managing SLAs, queues, and escalations within a shared services model.

Proficiency in business English and the ability to support global stakeholders is crucial. Hands-on experience with HR ticketing systems, case documentation, and employee data confidentiality is expected. Familiarity with Workday HCM or SAP SuccessFactors for data lookup and transactions, along with experience in ServiceNow HRSD or a comparable helpdesk system, is required.
