As an HR Generalist in Employee Lifecycle Management, you will be the operational backbone for a global pharma organization's HR Shared Services in Bangalore. Your core duties include managing end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions such as hires, transfers, job changes, and exits, ensuring strict adherence to HR policies and data privacy requirements.

You will meticulously validate approvals and data, maintain accurate case documentation, and collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and payroll teams to resolve discrepancies.
