The opportunity lies within our National Forensics team, focusing on Investigations & Compliance. This dynamic team assists organizations in safeguarding their reputation, investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing complex regulatory challenges. We pride ourselves on our integrated approach, from enhancing governance and controls to implementing robust compliance programs, ultimately helping clients protect and restore their financial and brand reputations.

Conduct due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessments by gathering information on individuals and entities to identify potential red flags.

Utilize proprietary databases and secondary sources for thorough desktop research. Develop a strong understanding of various red flags relevant to third-party relationships.

Gain knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), UK Bribery Act (UKBA), and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) guidelines.

Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction through exceptional communication and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office is essential.

A Bachelor of Commerce or Bachelor of Business Administration degree is required.

Possess at least 2 years of experience in areas such as due diligence and research.

Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively across departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
