Assist clients with due diligence, background checks, and reputational risk assessments by gathering information on individuals and entities.

Identify and highlight red flags to help clients manage integrity, reputation, and background risks, especially in third-party relationships.

Conduct desktop research using proprietary databases and secondary sources to uncover relevant information.

Develop knowledge of key regulatory frameworks such as FCPA, UK Bribery Act, and OFAC guidelines.

Demonstrate a willingness to learn, go the extra mile, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional service delivery.

Possession of a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Arts in English Literature, or Bachelor of Business Administration degree is required.

Further qualifications include a Master of Business Administration or Master of Commerce.

Experience in vendor due diligence and third-party due diligence is essential.

Proficiency in MS Office and strong English communication skills are mandatory.
