As part of the National team, you will gain exposure across various industries, working on diverse engagements. Within Forensic & Integrity Services, you will be instrumental in helping companies safeguard their reputation by identifying and addressing ethical and reputational risks. Your work will support clients in building and maintaining stakeholder trust through robust compliance programs and insightful services.

Support client engagement execution, ensuring high-quality delivery in line with engagement letters. Assist managers in adhering to the firm's risk management strategies and activities. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for improvement within client processes and formulate recommendations. Employ an application and solution-based approach to problem-solving and conduct research for delivering effective solutions. Foster effective teamwork within internal engagement settings and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives. Continuously improve processes to enable the capture and leverage of knowledge by the work team.

A minimum of 2 to 3 years of post-qualification experience is required in areas such as Forensic Investigation, Risk Advisory, Internal Audits, or Process Diagnostics Reviews. Experience with a Big 4 firm, Tier 2 firm, or a large Corporate Internal Audit team is preferred. Possess strong communication, presentation, facilitation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and creativity in approach. Be willing to travel to meet client needs. Essential qualifications include Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor, Master of Business Administration, Certified Fraud Examiner, or LLB. Proven ability to work collaboratively and deliver practical, insightful solutions to complex problems.
