The Associate Consultant position within the National Forensics team focuses on Investigations & Compliance. This role is part of a dynamic sector-agnostic group that collaborates across various industries, providing a well-rounded professional experience. EY Forensic & Integrity Services professionals are crucial in protecting and restoring enterprise and financial reputations by assisting organizations and their legal counsel with investigations, dispute resolution, and regulatory challenges.

As an Associate Consultant in our Legal Managed Services, Forensics & Integrity team, you will cultivate strong working relationships with colleagues and clients. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough regulatory research to identify applicable laws and compliance requirements, advising clients on their obligations across diverse industries and jurisdictions.

You will be instrumental in developing comprehensive manuals detailing client compliance obligations and tracking regulatory changes. A key aspect of this role involves demonstrating a solid understanding of compliance nuances across different regulatory frameworks and supporting compliance review and risk assessment assignments. Furthermore, you will assist in drafting compliance frameworks, processes, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for both domestic and global functions, showcasing a keen grasp of client businesses and industry best practices.

To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor of Law degree and have 4-5 years of relevant experience in regulatory compliance. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively, providing services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal stipulations.
