The National Forensic Investigations & Compliance team within EY's Assurance Services Unit (ASU) helps organizations protect and restore their reputation. We assist clients and their legal counsel in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges by embedding integrity into compliance programs to mitigate ethical and reputational risks.

Conduct thorough examinations of financial documents to detect fraudulent activities and investigate complex financial transactions, producing detailed findings reports. Perform audits on financial transactions and account details to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements. Prepare comprehensive reports outlining audit findings and recommend actionable solutions to management or relevant authorities.

Gather information through interviews to understand transaction contexts and collaborate with legal teams for court proceedings, including providing expert testimony. Develop and implement robust forensic audit programs and control systems, staying abreast of the latest auditing techniques, methods, and legal changes. Uphold ethical conduct, safeguard sensitive information, and meticulously maintain records within the system and Excel, validating information and documents as per client guidelines. Excellent written and verbal communication, a strong analytical mindset, and a target-oriented approach are essential.

We seek individuals with 1-3 years of experience who possess the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
