This Associate Consultant position within the National Forensics - Investigations & Compliance team in Bangalore offers a unique opportunity. The National division comprises sector-agnostic teams, providing a well-rounded experience across various industries. The Forensics & Integrity Services professionals assist organizations in safeguarding their reputation, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges by upholding integrity in compliance programs. We help mitigate ethical and reputational risks through an integrated approach, enhancing governance, controls, culture, and data insights.

Responsibilities

As an Associate Consultant, you will focus on Technical Excellence within the forensics domain. This includes leveraging strong banking industry experience, particularly in concurrent audits and policy/procedure reviews across regulatory and non-regulatory areas. You should possess a solid understanding of end-to-end process workflows and be proficient in audit documentation standards and testing methodologies. Your responsibilities will encompass documenting design effectiveness, implementing sampling strategies, developing testing plans, defining control testing attributes, and assessing the operating effectiveness of controls in alignment with global banking standards.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you need a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree, with a Master of Commerce (M.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA) being highly desirable. Essential skills include a minimum of 2 years of experience in Data Analysis and 3+ years in Quality Assurance & Testing. We seek individuals who can collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements. A practical, problem-solving approach to complex issues, delivering insightful and actionable solutions, is crucial. The ideal candidate is agile, curious, mindful, adaptable, and creative, maintaining positive energy throughout their work.
