This role is within the National Forensics - Investigations & Compliance team in Bangalore, contributing to safeguarding and restoring enterprise and financial reputations for organizations.

EY Forensic & Integrity Services professionals assist companies and their legal counsel in investigating facts, resolving disputes, and managing regulatory challenges. We integrate ethical practices and robust compliance programs to mitigate reputational and ethical risks. Our approach encompasses enhancements in governance, controls, culture, and data insights, leading to effective organizational design and implementation.

Drive technical excellence by leveraging strong banking industry experience. Conduct concurrent audits and review policies and procedures across regulatory and non-regulatory domains, ensuring a good understanding of end-to-end process workflows.

Apply expertise in audit documentation standards and testing methodologies. Prepare documentation related to design effectiveness, sampling strategies, testing plans, control testing attributes, and assess the operating effectiveness of selected samples in alignment with global banking methodologies.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Master of Commerce (M.Com), or Master of Business Administration (MBA). Essential experience includes a minimum of two years in Data Analysis and three years in Quality Assurance & Testing.
