As an Associate Consultant in the CNS - Risk - Process & Controls team, you will contribute to transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation. Your role will involve a client-centric approach, focusing on delivering long-term value by solving strategic problems. You will help clients identify and manage risks, enabling them to make informed decisions that align with their business strategy and objectives. Key areas of focus include Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, ensuring robust internal controls and regulatory compliance.

To excel in this role, you will need a strong understanding of Indian and international regulatory compliance requirements, including specific knowledge of Labour & Employment Laws, Environmental Laws, and Occupational Health & Safety laws. The ability to conduct comprehensive compliance assessments, identify gaps, and support remediation planning is crucial. You should be adept at designing and implementing effective compliance frameworks, proficient in policy drafting, due diligence, and providing risk and controls-based business strategy advisory.

Candidates should possess a practical and collaborative approach to problem-solving, delivering insightful and actionable solutions. We seek individuals who are agile, curious, mindful, and can maintain positive energy while demonstrating adaptability and creativity in their work. A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM) is required, along with consulting experience.
