Analyze business processes and industry trends to develop actionable recommendations for clients, driving efficiency and mitigating risks.

Utilize data analytics tools like Access and ACL for insightful analysis. Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality standards.

Contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice, mentor junior team members, and assist in the development of marketing collateral and new solution methodologies. Develop strong client relationships with process owners and functional heads.

Possess a Chartered Accountant qualification, Certified Internal Auditor certification, or a Master’s degree in Business Administration.

Have 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.

Demonstrate a proactive approach to identifying and escalating engagement-related risks. Ability to work effectively with engagement teams and clients to achieve objectives.

Strong project management skills and the ability to inspire teamwork are essential. Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work extended hours as needed is required. A valid passport is mandatory.
