You will engage in a variety of client-focused activities including internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management initiatives.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality delivery and client satisfaction. Review working papers and client folders, proposing improvements for engagement productivity and service enhancement.

Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for process improvement within client operations and develop actionable recommendations.

Handle data analytics tasks, utilizing tools such as Access and ACL. Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality and risk management procedures.

Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI. Apply a problem-solving approach focused on solutions and application.

Manage engagement budgets and support superiors in marketing collateral development, proposal writing, and new solution creation. Cultivate strong working relationships with client stakeholders, including process owners and functional heads. Provide mentorship to interns and analysts and contribute to knowledge sharing within the practice.

Availability for travel, potentially up to 50% of the time, and commuting within the region is expected. Successful candidates must be prepared to work extended hours when necessary and possess a valid passport.
