Join our dynamic Business Consulting team as an Associate Consultant, focusing on Risk and Internal Audit within the TMT sector. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide clients with a comprehensive understanding of their risk landscape, fostering confidence and trust. You will play a crucial role in delivering advisory services across governance, risk, compliance, internal audits, process reviews, and enterprise risk management.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality and client requirements. Review working papers and client folders, identifying areas for engagement productivity and service improvement. Analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop recommendations. Handle data analytics and ensure compliance with engagement plans and internal risk management procedures.

Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards and apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving. Manage engagement budgets, support marketing collateral development, and contribute to new solution methodologies. Build strong client relationships, mentor interns and analysts, and contribute to knowledge management within the practice.

We are seeking candidates with a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor qualification, or a Master's degree in Business Administration. A minimum of 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is required. Candidates must demonstrate excellent project management skills, strong teamwork, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A valid passport and availability for travel are essential for this role.
