We assist clients in identifying and managing risks to achieve their future business objectives, focusing on Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk.

Lead on-site execution of high-end interior fit-out works, incorporating bespoke joinery, premium finishes, and custom detailing.

Support the fit-out lead in planning and execution, ensuring alignment between design deliverables and operational/regulatory requirements. Prepare comprehensive monthly cashflow and weekly progress reports.

Manage material procurement to ensure timely availability and adherence to quality standards. Oversee vendor management, including selection, negotiation, and performance monitoring.

Coordinate effectively between site and office teams for seamless project execution and issue resolution. Review and certify interim and final invoices from vendors, liaising with vendors, sub-contractors, and consultants.

Manage and coordinate building services such as electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Provide regular project updates, including progress, challenges, and changes, to all stakeholders.

This role requires a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering and a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management.
