You'll provide crucial insights into governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), internal audits, and process optimization. This role is key to building client confidence and ensuring regulatory adherence.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality delivery, ensuring all client requirements are met. Review working papers and client documentation, identifying opportunities to enhance engagement productivity and client service.

Analyze business and industry trends to pinpoint areas for improvement within client processes, developing actionable recommendations. Manage data analytics tasks using tools like Access and ACL, ensuring compliance with engagement plans and internal quality standards.

Maintain awareness of internal auditing standards from IIA and ICAI. Apply a solution-based approach to problem-solving, manage engagement budgets effectively, and support the development of marketing collateral and business proposals. Cultivate strong relationships with clients, mentor junior team members, and contribute to knowledge management within the practice.

To excel in this role, you should hold a Chartered Accountant, Certified Internal Auditor qualification, or a Master's degree in Business Administration. You should possess 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit.

Strong communication skills are essential for collaborating with team members and clients. We are looking for individuals with excellent project management capabilities who can inspire teamwork and utilize current technology to enhance service delivery. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time and work extended hours when necessary is required.
