This role involves leading on-site execution of high-end interior fit-out works, including bespoke joinery, premium finishes, and custom detailing. You will support the fit-out lead in planning and execution, ensuring alignment with operational and regulatory requirements. Key tasks include preparing monthly cashflow and weekly progress reports, managing material procurement, overseeing vendor management, coordinating site and office teams, and reviewing vendor invoices. The position also requires managing building services (electrical, plumbing, HVAC) and providing regular stakeholder updates on project progress.

To qualify for this Associate Consultant position, you must possess a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering and have a minimum of 6 years of experience in Project Management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across client departments, adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
