Join our advisory risk services team to provide clients with a clear and dependable view of their risk landscape. This role is crucial for building client confidence and trust, meeting regulatory requirements, and ensuring market credibility. You will be instrumental in executing engagements focused on governance, risk & compliance (GRC), internal audits, process evaluations, standard operating procedures, enterprise risk management, and revenue assurance.

Execute client engagements with a focus on quality delivery aligned with client needs. Review working papers and client documentation, proposing enhancements for engagement productivity and client service improvement. Analyze business and industry trends to identify areas for process enhancement and formulate recommendations. Handle data analytics using tools like Access and ACL. Ensure adherence to engagement plans and internal quality/risk management protocols. Maintain awareness of IIA and ICAI internal auditing standards. Apply a problem-solving approach focused on solutions and applications. Manage engagement budgets and assist superiors in developing marketing materials, business proposals, and new solution methodologies. Cultivate strong working relationships with clients and mentor junior team members. Contribute actively to knowledge management within the practice.

We seek candidates with a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) qualification, or a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA). A minimum of 0-1 year of post-qualification experience in risk advisory, internal audit, or external audit is required. You should possess excellent communication skills and a passion for leadership, staying ahead of risk industry trends. A strong desire to help businesses reach their full potential is essential. Availability to travel up to 50% of the time and work beyond standard hours when necessary is expected. A valid passport is mandatory.
