As an Associate Consultant, you will provide expert support for risk consulting engagements and internal audit assignments, leveraging structured analytical thinking. You will critically assess internal control frameworks, conduct thorough process reviews, and apply effective control testing methodologies. Your role involves identifying process gaps, evaluating associated risks, and meticulously documenting observations. A solid understanding of risk management principles is essential for assessing business processes and control effectiveness. Experience with Power BI is valued for creating insightful dashboards and supporting data-driven analysis in risk and audit contexts.

To excel in this role, candidates must possess a strong foundation in risk consulting and internal audit, demonstrated through structured analytical thinking. Essential qualifications include a proven ability in internal control frameworks, process reviews, and control testing. Proficiency in identifying process gaps, assessing risks, and accurately documenting findings is key. A working knowledge of risk management concepts to evaluate business processes and control effectiveness is required. Familiarity with Power BI for developing dashboards and supporting data-driven risk and audit analysis is also beneficial.

Essential qualifications include ACCA, CIA, or BCoM. A minimum of 2 years of experience in internal audit is necessary.
