As an Associate Consultant, you'll play a crucial role in transforming businesses through people, technology, and innovation, solving complex strategic problems for our clients.

- Conduct assessments of computer systems and processes for Life Sciences clients, ensuring compliance with internal procedures, leading practices, and regulatory requirements. - Develop and review Computer System Validation (CSV) deliverables, including user requirements, system specifications, validation plans, and reports. - Provide expert guidance and oversight for validation activities on GxP-relevant computer systems. - Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality and compliance throughout the system lifecycle. - Review and approve validation work products, ensuring thorough planning and timely completion of deliverables.

- A graduate degree from a reputable university. - 2-12 years of overall experience in Computer System Validation (CSV). - Hands-on experience with 21 CFR and CSV principles. - Experience in a FDA-regulated environment with a strong understanding of cGxP (cGMP, cGDP, cGAMP, cGLP) standards and risk-based validation. - Proficiency in quality and compliance, with practical experience in validating enterprise applications (e.g., LIMS, ERPs, LMS, RPA, CTMS). - Excellent communication, interpersonal, networking, and problem-solving skills. - Adaptability, creativity, and a proactive approach to staying current with industry practices and emerging technologies. - Willingness to work across different time zones as needed.
