Our CNS - Risk - Process & Controls team specializes in helping clients identify and manage risks, ensuring alignment with future business strategies. We operate across key areas including Enterprise Risk, Technology Risk, and Financial Services Risk, empowering organizations to navigate challenges and achieve sustainable growth.

As an Associate Consultant, you will support managers in delivering ESG engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory procedures and producing high-quality deliverables, including qualitative and quantitative analysis. You will contribute to thought leadership, develop market intelligence, and build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Responsibilities include evaluating social impact, providing guidelines for compliance, collecting and reporting sustainability data, and presenting findings.

You will offer consulting and advisory support for ESG strategy development, conduct risk and opportunity assessments, and perform benchmarking of sustainability performance. Experience with ESG Gap Assessments, climate risk assessment (TCFD guidelines), Peer Review & Benchmarking, Greenhouse Gas Accounting, and data governance is essential.

To excel in this role, you need at least 3 years of experience in a relevant ESG or EHS position. A graduate or postgraduate degree combined with professional qualifications in ESG, EHS, or Safety Management Systems is required. Strong understanding of ESG processes, systems, and sustainability principles, including knowledge of Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions accounting and decarbonization initiatives, is crucial.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, persuasive abilities to influence stakeholders, and creative problem-solving skills are highly valued. You should be adept at analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting research, and making impactful recommendations. Flexibility to work under pressure and adapt to changing legislation is also important.
