Key responsibilities include: - Contributing to project planning, execution, and monitoring. - Assisting with scheduling, budgeting, and cost control. - Supporting strategy implementation and MIS reporting for infrastructure projects. - Providing expertise on the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, including tender, contracts, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes. - Leveraging knowledge of construction contract frameworks, delay analysis, and EOT claims.

To excel in this role, you should possess 5 to 8 years of experience in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of: - Project lifecycle processes within sectors like Industrial Building & Factories, Real estate, Thermal & hydropower plants, and Transportation Infrastructure. - Key areas such as Tender & Contracts, Design & Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Testing & Commissioning. - Construction contract frameworks (e.g., FIDIC), delay analysis, and EOT claims. - Risk identification and management principles.

Proficiency in MS Excel is mandatory, along with knowledge of planning tools like MS Projects and Primavera P6. Familiarity with Auto CAD, BIM, ERP software, and data visualization tools is advantageous.
